Recently, I purchased a new computer with windows 8 and needed to have my old programs and data transferred from the old to the new. This was not my first time with Natan. My concern was that I had 2006 and 2007 programs and was fearful that it would not be possible to transfer, thereby compelling me to expend monies to purchase new licenses. Natan was able to transfer all the programs and data and with one, he had to call the tech support people and go thru step by step directions to install a software patch so that my old program would operate with windows 8. Natan is very personable and he fully discloses all related charges. Service was excellent. Highly recommend him for any computer needs.
